Ziebart

A couple of years ago, I had my F-250 undercoated here, and I’ve brought it back every year since to have the undercoating touched up. Living in Wisconsin, I know how brutal the salty winter roads can be on a truck, and having the peace of mind that I’m protecting my truck from rust and helping it last for years to come is absolutely worth it. But what really stood out to me this last visit was the customer service. I ended up having a lengthy conversation with the guy helping me about how cool my truck is (because, let’s be honest, it IS 😂), and he actually went and grabbed his buffing machine and buffed out a few things on the front of my truck — completely free of charge! That kind of service is rare these days. They clearly take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll absolutely continue bringing my truck back every year. Great work, great people, and exceptional customer service!

I brought one of my cars to have rust proofed. I talked with Nick and he was great...explaining the benefits, the warranty, described the process. I appreciated him taking the time to help me understand the importance of my investment. By the time I left, I asked him to add tinted windows. When I picked up the car, everything was as expected. Windows looked great! I was so impressed with Nick, his exceptional customer service...that I brought my other car and had him rust proof it. Great job by Nick and his staff.

I made an appointment the week before to get my SUV detailed. The appointment was easy to set up, and they do have a key drop box if you need it. When I dropped it off, I inquired about tinting the front two windows and they said they would be able to do that as well. Six and a half hours later my car was done, and it looked immaculate inside, like when it was brand new, and the windows were tinted. Fair price and excellent work.

I got an alarm system in my truck feom these guys 2 years ago it was fast and service workers from the front door to the shop were very friendly and fast. Today I am getting tint on my new car, nothing has changed! They are amazing! Highly recommend this place!

I came into Ziebart with the intent of ceramic tinting my two front windows on my 19 Silverado. I thought the whole process went very smooth and I was very pleased with the professionalism. I have gotten a previous vehicle under-coated here in the past and I was pleased at that time as well. Keep it up!
